Designed as a convenient retrofit solution, this compact motor works with compatible looped plastic or metal beaded chains without requiring the complete blind system to be replaced.

Connect the motor to a compatible Zigbee gateway and control your blinds remotely through the Smart Life app. Open, close or position the blind from your smartphone, create automatic schedules and include the blind in your smart-home scenes.

Voice control is also supported through compatible Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant devices.

Smart Life App Control

Control the blind motor from your smartphone through the Smart Life app. You can open or close the blind remotely, stop the blind at the required position, set percentage opening levels, create daily opening and closing schedules, automate blinds according to your routine, include the motor in Smart Life scenes, and control compatible blinds using Alexa or Google Assistant.

Retrofit Installation

The MOES AM43 attaches beside an existing chain-operated blind and uses the blind's looped beaded chain to raise or lower it. The package includes three chain gears to accommodate different compatible chain sizes. The motor can be installed using the supplied screws or heavy-duty VHB adhesive. No replacement of the complete roller-blind assembly is normally required.

Compatibility Requirements

A compatible Smart Life Zigbee gateway is required for app control, automation and voice-assistant integration. The Zigbee gateway may be sold separately unless specifically included with the selected product kit.

Before ordering, check: the blind uses a continuous looped beaded chain; the chain fits one of the supplied gears; the blind operates smoothly by hand; the total blind weight does not exceed 3.5 kg; a suitable mounting surface and charging point are available near the blind.
