Made-to-Order Products
Custom or made-to-order products may require:
- 2–4 business days for production
- Dispatch after manufacturing completion
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Missed Deliveries & RTO (Return to Origin)
Courier partners generally attempt delivery twice.
If delivery is unsuccessful:
- The parcel may be returned to us (RTO)
- Re-shipping may be offered (usually prepaid only)
- Cancellation or refund may be processed where applicable

🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy
5-Day Return Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery.
How to Start a Return
Self-Service Portal
Visit:
My Account → Orders → Request Return
Once submitted:
- A Return Request ID will be generated
- Pickup or self-shipping instructions will be shared
If pickup service is unavailable for your PIN code, a return address will be provided.
Alternative Support
If you cannot access the portal, contact us with:
- Order Number
- Product Photos/Videos (if damaged or incorrect)

Returned products must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include all accessories, manuals, tags, and packaging
- Show no signs of installation, wear, or damage
For apparel:

We Cover Return Shipping If:
- Wrong item delivered
- Product arrived damaged
- Manufacturing defect
- Missing accessories or components
Customer May Bear Return Shipping If:
- Change of mind

- Preference-based returns

Refund Timeline
Prepaid Orders
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 2–7 business days after quality inspection approval.
Cash on Delivery Orders
Refunds are processed via:
- Bank Transfer
- UPI Transfer

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply if:
- Packaging is missing or damaged
- Accessories are missing
- Product shows signs of use
Shipping and handling fees (if any) are non-refundable.
❌ Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled:

- Before dispatch, whichever occurs first
Important
Made-to-order or customized products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Orders already shipped must follow the standard return process after delivery.
⚡ Warranty & DOA (Dead on Arrival)
For electronics and smart-home products:
- DOA claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Photos and videos may be required for verification
Where manufacturer warranty applies, we will assist customers in the warranty claim process whenever possible.
