- Orders mean a request placed by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- You means the customer purchasing or using our services.
Returns Eligibility
You may request a return or refund within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery if:
- The item received is damaged
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product is defective
- The product is missing parts or accessories
To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be unused and in original packaging
- All tags, manuals, accessories, and invoices must be included
- Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund or return unless defective or damaged on arrival:
- Personalized or customized products
- Opened hygiene-sensitive items
- Clearance or final sale products
- Digital/downloadable products
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear & tear
Order Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.
After Dispatch
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Customers may instead request a return after delivery if eligible.
Return Process
To request a return or refund:

Submit:
- Order Number
- Reason for return
- Photos/videos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
Our support team will review the request and provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), return pickup or shipping assistance may be provided.
- For other approved returns, customers may be required to ship the item back at their own cost.
Shipping charges paid during checkout are generally non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
