FERNSTZHOME is your one-stop destination for smart home automation products, carefully selected to make everyday living smarter, safer, and more convenient.
2. 🛍️ How do I place an order?
Placing an order on FERNSTZHOME is quick and easy:
- Browse SHOP → Find the item you love
- Add to Cart → Select quantity and click Add to Cart
- Checkout → Proceed securely to checkout
- Verify Mobile → Enter your phone number and OTP
- Enter Shipping Details → Add your delivery address
- Payment → Choose: UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, Wallets
Your order will be confirmed instantly, and updates will be shared via WhatsApp and Email.
3. 📍 Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across India, covering all major cities and towns.
4. 🚚 How long does delivery take?
- Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
- Other Areas: 5–9 business days
Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped.

6. 🔒 Is my payment information secure?

7. 📦 How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

8. 🔁 What is your return/exchange policy?
We offer easy returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 5 calendar days of delivery.

9. ❌ Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, cancellations or modifications are allowed within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever comes first. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
10. Do I get an Invoice?
Yes. A GST invoice will be emailed after successful order confirmation. You may also request a printed copy.

12. 🎁 Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
No, we do not currently offer gift wrapping or special packaging.
13. 🚫 Which items are not eligible for return?
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Products that have been installed or used
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear & tear
- Products with missing original packaging, accessories, or manuals
- Customised or made-to-order products
- Items returned after the 5-day return window
All returns are subject to quality inspection before approval.
14. ⚠️ What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Returns Policy.
15. 🌍 Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently deliver only within India.
16. 📍 Where’s my order?
After dispatch, tracking details will be sent by Email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

17. 📦 How do I start a return or exchange?

- Select your order
- Submit the return/exchange request within 5 days of delivery

18. 🚚 I missed the delivery — what now?
Courier partners usually attempt delivery twice. If the order is returned to us (RTO):
- We may re-ship the order (usually prepaid)
- OR process cancellation/refund as per policy
We may contact you to reconfirm your address and phone number before re-shipping.
